One By One Sushi has arrived at Yashin Sushi and the feedback has been fantastic. The best way to enjoy sushi is to be served each piece one by one, while the temperature, taste and texture is at its highest quality and can truly be savoured. Executive Chef and co-founder Yasuhiro Mineno will serve you a bespoke chef's selection of his finest fish of the day, a treat you will not forget. Week by week we will be offering rare and exclusive sake from Japan's most celebrated breweries - Dewazakura, Sohomare, Masumi, and Kazoizumi - to match perfectly with our exquisite sushi creations.
